There was probably more in the credenza, but items were depleted and not restocked. It contains soda, juices, water, a selection of chips, cookies, granola bars, candy bars, and K-cups. The Refreshment Center is just a cabinet in the lobby that is opened by entering a code. Premium Suites have Refreshment Center access.

The pool was extremely crowded, so we had to wait until 9 pm to swim (pool closes at 10 pm for children) when it cleared out. I absolutely loved the fact that there were Keurig coffee makers in the room! Why don't all hotels do this? We took advantage of the Manager's Reception which was enjoyable - beverages & light snacks.

The room was clean, very spacious, the upgraded amenities were a bonus. I stayed in an Executive Premium Suite (with TWO beds!) this past weekend and it was fantastic. Bottom line: I was offered a complimentary room as compensation. But I felt that I should have been notified of this well before I was attempting to check in. Apparently the premium suites with two beds were under renovation and were not available at the time of my stay. I was contacted by Embassy Suites and they asked for an opportunity to Make It Right and regain my trust in their hotel. After our departure, I submitted a review to TripAdvisor detailing my experience. I had to take a regular suite with 2 beds, much to our disappointment. The room that I booked did not exist, and I wasn't happy about it. Since there were 5 of us, cramming all of us into a single bed was not a viable option. On my day of arrival when I was standing in the lobby with my 4 other traveling companions, I was informed that premium suites are one bed rooms only. I had called the hotel several times with questions about my stay. I had booked a room online (a two double bed premium suite) weeks before my arrival date. And they did! I stayed at this property back in January, 2014 and I was an unhappy customer due to a (lack of) communication issue.

If a guest is dissatisfied about something, they welcome the opportunity to make it right. The policy at Embassy Suites is to "Make it Right".
